Patrick Flanagan, the managing director of the "The Old Ground Property Company", is 49 years old and had 30 years experience as a practitioner in the financial services industry

Employed in Britain in the 80's, for 6 years, he worked in the city of London in the insurance industry for "Friends Provident" and "New York Life". He returned to Ireland in 1992 where he ran his own wealth management group "Osprey Financial Services".

He merged his business in 2000 with "BDO Simpson Xavier's Wealth Management Division" where he specialised in the U.K residential property market.

In January 2008 he established "The Old Ground Property Company" focusing exclusively on the London residential property market. He is a specialist in sourcing "off plan" purchases in both the city and west end locations in London.
