The City Quarter consists of three developments. Sugar House (SOLD OUT) is a
converted Victorian Grade II-listed former warehouse, Hooper’s Yard and The
Square are two contemporary buildings, and all are developed by Berkeley Homes. The Square consists of four blocks: East Side, South Side (SOLD OUT), West Side and North Side. The North Side is a 7 storey building that will contain a total of 70 apartments.
