The developer Ability Developments is a division of the Ability Group. The company
currently has a turnover in excess of £100 million. Ability Developments has a track
record and expertise in creating high quality developments in communities within
complex schemes. Ability Developments has a reputation of delivering superbly
designed high specification homes in the City and Docklands area.
As is the norm in the UK, for this type of development there is an element of
affordable housing. This however only represents 20% of the overall development
