The Location

The luxury development known as 31 Millharbour is just 250 meters from Canary
Wharf, London’s financial services district. The development is a few minutes walk
from several Dockland Light Railway stations and Canary Wharf tube station that is
served by the jubilee line which makes it easy to access any part of London.

area, this figure is expected to double by 2009. There is currently long term planning for a maximum of 8,000 residential homes in the area.
