Schoolyard, N1

The Location

The area represents an excellent investment opportunity that benefits from its
proximity to central London and convenient transport links. The majority of people
who live in the postcode of N1 are in their twenties and thirties. Many of the people
who live in the area are young professionals renting private apartments. On the
whole they are typically well educated and qualified. Many are in professional and
managerial jobs, with good incomes. Others have lower level qualifications and are
likely to be office and clerical staff. There are also a significant number of students as there are several colleges close by. Islington has a large selection of local clubs, bars and restaurants many are close by to the development. The area is settled with only a small number of new housing developments in planning or under construction.

The development “The Schoolyard” is located off Essex Road and is between
Ecclesbourne Road and Morton Road. It is a short stroll to Essex Road train station
and within walking distance Angel and Old Street tube station both served by the
Northern Line and Highbury & Islington tube station served by the Victoria line which makes it easy to access any part of central London. There are several bus routes in close proximity and linked into all major transport connection giving quick access to all of central London.
