Wimbeldon Development

The Development

We have agreed to purchase ten units in the development, 5 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments and 1 three-bedroom apartments.  The development will have a total of 60 apartments.  All apartments will be spacious and built to a very high standard.  Every apartment will have a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and integrated appliances.  Bathrooms will be fitted with Hansgrohe brassware.  Engineered wooden flooring will be fitted in the reception, hall and kitchen with ceramic tile flooring in the bathrooms. 

    • Gas fired central heating.

    • Wireless router fitted for future installation of a wireless home network.

As is the norm in the UK, investors will purchase long leaseholds from the Developer, who will retain ownership of the freehold.  The leasehold term will be 125 years and leaseholders will have rights of renewal under current UK legislation.  Leaseholders will pay an annual ground rent to the owner of the freehold at a proposed rate of Stg£300 – Stg£400 per annum, indexed every 10 years in line with the UK Retail Price Index.
