    The Old Ground Property Co Ltd has secured off plans an option for private investors to acquire 5 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments and 1 three-bedroom apartment located on The Broadway, Wimbledon, London.  The development known as “Broadway House” is a new seven storey mixed use development of apartments, offices and Retail.

      The development is in the London borough of Merton and is situated on the corner of The Broadway & Stanley Road in Wimbledon.

        Transport links 5 minutes from the development are the Wimbledon Station served by the District Line & South West Trains and a Tram-line.  South Wimbledon Station served by the Northern Line and Tram-line is also within walking distance.  The Tram-line links Wimbledon to Croydon. These transport links make it easy to access major transport hubs and central London. Central London via Underground is 45 minutes away.

          London City Airport and Heathrow Airport are both 12 miles from the development, Gatwick Airport is 16 miles away and Waterloo Station is only 15 minutes via South West Trains.

            Investor purchase prices range from £335,000 to £765,000. The size of each unit is from 515 sq ft to 1103 sq ft.

              There is no affordable housing in the block that investors will be purchasing.

                The price offered as an immediate sale is an exclusive deal to clients of The Old Ground Property Company.  Investors will pay a deposit of 5% to secure their apartment plus a 3.5% fee to The Old Ground Property Company.  A further 5% of the purchase price will be payable in April 2008 with final completion expected in spring 2009.
